- Drive process improvements across the finance function to enhance efficiency and scalability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or management accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Professional accounting qualification is a big plus
- Experience in fast-paced tech environments
- Advanced skills in financial modeling and spreadsheets
- Experience with SaaS KPIs is a plus
- Comfortable with financial tools like NetSuite
- Ability to partner confidently with non-finance teams and senior leadership
