About the role

  • Provide consultancies in the area of professional courses to the network's franchisees, advising and guiding them on the main questions;
  • Deliver sales-focused trainings to generate engagement for enrollments and improve student retention;
  • Guide and encourage the implementation of semester campaign strategies;
  • Advise on a variety of school challenges, supporting those who seek help across administrative, pedagogical and operational fronts;
  • Analyze indicators (sales funnel, DRE [income statement], revenue, student churn, delinquency, among others);
  • Conduct audits, meetings and trainings with franchisees;
  • Participate in the brand’s main trainings and events;
  • Define action plans to recover unit performance gaps.

Requirements

  • Knowledge, skill and command of commercial routines: sales funnel, commercial activities, etc.
  • Previous experience as a Consultant or having delivered sales-focused trainings;
  • Active Category B driver’s license (CNH B) and availability for regional and national travel;
  • Must reside in São José do Rio Preto, SP;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Experience in franchising will be a plus, preferably in operations or commercial areas. Alternatively, experience in the routine of private course schools or other education businesses.
