Customer Service Advisor for Bosch engaging with customers to demonstrate software solutions in a hybrid work setting. The role includes scheduling demonstrations and assisting with software booking tasks.
Responsibilities
Contact interested customers from our landing page who previously registered for a demo version of our trades software (for quote and invoice creation and for managing projects on construction sites)
Schedule a 45-minute demo appointment with customers to present the software
Ideally, follow up with the customer to convert them to a subscription/purchase of the trades software
Requirements
Initial experience in a commercial/business role is an advantage
Enjoy communicating with customers
Fluent German in spoken and written form (C2 level)
Very good PC and Microsoft Office skills
Reliability, teamwork and a quality-conscious working style
