About the role
- Customer Service Advisor for Bosch engaging with customers to demonstrate software solutions in a hybrid work setting. The role includes scheduling demonstrations and assisting with software booking tasks.
Responsibilities
- Contact interested customers from our landing page who previously registered for a demo version of our trades software (for quote and invoice creation and for managing projects on construction sites)
- Schedule a 45-minute demo appointment with customers to present the software
- Ideally, follow up with the customer to convert them to a subscription/purchase of the trades software
Requirements
- Initial experience in a commercial/business role is an advantage
- Enjoy communicating with customers
- Fluent German in spoken and written form (C2 level)
- Very good PC and Microsoft Office skills
- Reliability, teamwork and a quality-conscious working style
