About the role

  • Prepare month-end reconciliation of bad debt reserves-- including profit retractions, refunds, invoice adjustments, payment plan reviews, and final notice
  • Analyze client records and market data
  • Carefully analyze financial data to produce clear and objective reports
  • Prepare and report the status of efforts related to key departmental metrics to upper management
  • Research analysis of both industry and customer market data
  • Produce monthly financial and management reports
  • Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries
  • Develop and enhance current best practices
  • Utilize professional communication to consult agents and customers

Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor's degree
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software
  • Ability to use judgment in determining account clearance and challenges
  • Working proficiency in Excel, at a minimum of an intermediate level
  • Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to be in office every Thursday.
