About the role
- R&D Project Manager responsible for planning and managing clinical projects at DentalMonitoring. Collaborating with various departments to ensure project's success within the dental and medical sectors.
Responsibilities
- Planifier, programmer et gérer l'organisation des projets cliniques
- Traduire les besoins de l'entreprise en spécifications opérationnelles/techniques et cliniques
- Analyser et identifier les dysfonctionnements sur les produits cliniques internes et externes
- Assurer une collaboration efficace avec les départements concernés
- Gérer les ressources pour atteindre les objectifs en termes de qualité et délais
- Élaborer, mettre en œuvre et maintenir des procédures opérationnelles conformes aux exigences réglementaires
- Mener et suivre la mise en œuvre de pilotes/protocoles de recherche
- Préparer et maintenir les KPI pour le suivi des projets
Requirements
- 2 années d’expérience minimum en gestion de projet dans le domaine dentaire / ortho
- Formation scientifique type Master, Doctorat ou Diplôme d’ingénieur ou bien dans un domaine Médical
- 1ere expérience en coordination de projet au sein d’un laboratoire ou d’une entreprise dans le secteur dentaire ou tout autre branche médicale
- Capacité d’analyse et de prise d’initiatives pertinentes
- Organisation et soucis du détail
- Excellente aptitude en communication verbale et écrite
- Adaptabilité et envie d’apprendre
- Niveau minimum C1 en Anglais et C2 en Français
