Responsibilities
- Overseeing a clinic’s operations, staff performance, and community impact
- Hiring and mentoring clinicians while fostering a culture that reflects Ellie’s values
- Leading community outreach, marketing and social media efforts
- Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 20-22 clients per week
- Lead the recruitment process, hiring, and training for a minimum of 10 therapists
- Coordinates with supervisors to ensure new hires receive appropriate clinical guidance
- Support staff in building and maintaining their caseload
- Under the direction of the Clinic Director, prepare quarterly reviews
- Create a culture that fosters collaboration and inclusion.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree or higher education in mental health discipline
- Independently licensed with a Maryland - issued clinical practice license
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
- Excellent time management skills
