About the role
- Project Manager in Clienteling and Queue Management at VO2 Group, leading digital project strategy and execution. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic tech consultancy environment.
Responsibilities
- Define the strategy and roadmap for the Appointments (RDV) and Queue Management (QM) applications, acting as Business Owner and managing the functional backlog.
- Coordinate with Product Owners (PO) and technical teams for application development and the orchestration of final tests (UAT).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and Group stakeholders to manage dependencies and ensure seamless integration of RDV/QM tools.
- Develop and lead the Change Management strategy to ensure optimal tool adoption and coordinate pilots with regions/markets.
- Create and maintain all training materials and user guides for markets, ensuring responsive local support in case of issues.
- Monitor application usage and performance (RDV & QM) and collaborate with Data teams for continuous improvement of dashboards.
- Manage the operational implementation of SmartTag (QR codes) for stores and participate in the deployment and optimization of Remote Sales tools.
Requirements
- Significant experience in digital project management and/or as a Business Analyst/Product Owner.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.
- Significant experience with mobile applications.
- Excellent command of planning tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) and Agile methodology.
- Fluent English required (international Group context).
