Responsibilities
Responds to all inquiries received in the Client Services call center
Provides information and account support to all internal and external parties
Responds to all incoming inquiries from clients and Dominion Sales Executives
Responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests
Utilizes knowledge of Dominion Diagnostics business and products to better serve our customers and support our accounts.
Requirements
minimum of two years experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a clinical laboratory setting
Knowledge and practice of customer service standards and procedures
Telephone skills
Knowledge of modern office equipment and administrative procedures
Computer savvy

Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications, such as Excel and Microsoft Word
