Responsibilities
Contacting Homeowners who have signed up to our services; guiding them to the point where they are comfortable to book in valuations with their selected agents
You will be a trusted advisor to home sellers, helping them navigate the complicated process of putting their property on the market and addressing any questions or concerns.
Assist our customers in identifying the best estate agents for their particular property and needs through a data-driven approach.
Keep accurate records of conversations, outcomes and follow ups through our CRM system.
You will take pride in delivering a great customer experience.
Requirements
Most suitable for Entry-level / Graduates or some early experience in a comparable role.
You'll be able to quickly assess a situation and provide suitable suggestions and valuable market insights; whilst appreciating the importance of the process our customers are entering into.
You enjoy the challenge of gathering information and providing a solution to our customers queries or issues.
