Responsibilities
Support the onboarding process by researching questions and assisting with document sending
Build and maintain standard and customized reporting for Triad Wealth’s clients
Process client-directed activity on new and existing accounts
Respond to inquiries from Triad Wealth’s clients with thoroughness and thoughtfulness
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver reliable answers to client requests
Assist with training the support staff of Triad Wealth’s new clients
Identify and present opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree plus 3-5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
Preferred experience working with a Turnkey Asset Management Program or Registered Investment Advisor
Experience working with or as a client service associate or advisor support staff in the financial services industry
Strong service mindset and desire to help others
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
Salesforce and Orion experience a plus
