About the role

  • Handle all billing related questions and issues
  • Take all first reports for claims filed with the agency
  • Answer all policy specific questions
  • Complete request forms for account reviews
  • Process incoming correspondence
  • Answer specific coverage questions that require rating
  • Service client walk-ins that want an instant reactive renewal review
  • Any other tasks the Management Group may assign

Requirements

  • 3+ Years Insurance Industry Experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Documentation skills are paramount in this position
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and products
  • A passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadership
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clients
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
