About the role

  • Serve as primary point of contact for a designated book of business
  • Proactively identify and resolve client issues
  • Attend geographically assigned local market client/broker meetings
  • Build strong relationships with the client/broker
  • Make independent decisions and present proactive solutions/approaches
  • Provide subject matter knowledge to cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Associate’s degree in a related field preferred or at least 3+ years of related experience
  • Previous sales operations, service, sales support skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce
