About the role

  • Acquire new corporate clients and bring existing client relationships into our mid-sized brokerage firm
  • Manage the acquisition process — from lead generation and analysis of clients’ insurance programs to proposal presentation
  • Independently manage commercial clients (minimum: companies of approx. 50 employees) across property & casualty (non-life) lines — with support from the internal service team
  • Conduct annual review meetings on-site or digitally
  • Actively shape the company within our OKR framework — e.g., supporting digitalization or optimization of internal processes

Requirements

  • Several years of experience at an insurance broker or insurance agency
  • Experience in acquiring and subsequently managing corporate clients
  • Solid knowledge of property & casualty lines, e.g., industrial fire, liability (excluding motor, life, and health)
  • Completed vocational training in insurance / insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt) or a relevant degree
