About the role

  • Territory Sales Manager responsible for sales growth and account management for Crown Paints. Developing new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • Build and manage relationships with trade partners, contractors, and merchants to drive brand loyalty.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and proactively convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to tailor sales strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on Crown Paints' product portfolio, ensuring customers receive the best solutions for their needs.
  • Manage pricing, contracts, and promotional activities to maximize profitability.
  • Work closely with the marketing, technical, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a B2B sales environment, preferably withing paint, coatings or construction.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with groups and individuals
  • A team player!
  • IT proficient specifically in Microsoft Office and digital sale tools
