Responsibilities
You plan complex new-builds and extensions as well as conversion and modernization projects (preliminary, design and construction planning including cost estimation)
You coordinate, manage, monitor and commission external planning and engineering firms and ensure quality, costs and schedules while taking into account budgets, market conditions and compliance with building regulations, procurement law and client standards
You are responsible for directing internal and external stakeholders, implementing contractual agreements and ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
You contribute to defining objectives and decision-making on behalf of the client and monitor usage verification for subsidized projects as well as cash-flow planning and control of fund disbursements
You are responsible for negotiating with project participants and for drafting and concluding planning, construction and service contracts
Requirements
You have a degree in civil engineering or architecture, or a comparable technical qualification with relevant further training
You have already gained professional experience in project or construction management
You bring expertise in planning (planning law, building permits) and in coordinating project stakeholders, and have experience ensuring and complying with legal obligations, regulatory requirements and technical standards
You have good knowledge of tendering and awarding construction and planning services (VOB, VgV) and are familiar with the HOAI
Ideally you have discipline-specific CAD skills and experience with AVA software, basic BIM knowledge and are proficient in common MS Office applications
You demonstrate commercial thinking, strong communication skills, a high level of reliability and excellent organizational and team skills
You have business-fluent German (spoken and written), are committed and work in a structured, independent manner.
