Responsibilities
You lead the technical division as an executive and Authorized Officer (Prokurist) with a direct reporting line to the Executive Management, including leadership and development of 7 employees
You assume strategic responsibility for new construction, conversion, modernization and the further development of the real estate portfolio (residential, commercial, urban development, municipal infrastructure)
You develop and implement forward-looking utilization concepts
You oversee and control construction projects — from tendering to final acceptance — with a focus on cost, quality and schedule adherence
You are responsible for the selection, coordination and management of external service providers, authorities and planning partners
You are responsible for the digitalization and optimization of internal technical processes and for preparing decision papers for the Executive Board and Supervisory Board
Requirements
You hold a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or an equivalent technical qualification with relevant further training, and ideally possess authorization to submit building applications (Bauvorlagenberechtigung)
You have several years of leadership experience combined with a modern, team-oriented management style — ideally in the residential or real estate sector — and demonstrate a methodical, solution-oriented and structured approach
As a site manager or project manager, you have already gained experience in planning and carrying out public construction projects and bring solid knowledge in construction planning, project management as well as construction contract and procurement law (HOAI, VOB)
You demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication skills, a high degree of reliability and excellent organizational and team skills
You are proficient in common MS Office applications and ERP systems and have business-fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
