Responsibilities
You lead the technical division as an executive and authorized signatory (Prokurist), reporting directly to the Managing Director, including leadership and development of 7 employees
You hold strategic responsibility for new construction, conversion, modernization, and the continued development of the property portfolio
You develop and implement forward-looking usage concepts
You are responsible for the management and controlling of construction projects
You oversee the selection, coordination, and management of external service providers, authorities, and planning partners
You are responsible for the digitalization and optimization of internal technical processes
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or a comparable technical qualification with appropriate advanced training
Several years of leadership experience combined with a modern, team-oriented management style — ideally in the housing or real estate sector
Experience in planning and executing public construction projects as a site manager (Bauleiter) or project manager
Solid knowledge of construction planning, project management, and construction contract and procurement law (e.g., HOAI, VOB)
Entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication skills, a high level of reliability, and very good organizational and team skills
Confident user of standard MS Office applications and ERP systems
Business-fluent German, both written and spoken
