About the role

  • Act as WeHost's local ambassador, ensuring impeccable service for our guests and property owners.
  • Contribute to the growth of our network by taking over a portfolio of properties and sourcing new opportunities.
  • Prepare properties for guest arrivals by performing thorough cleaning and setting up linens.
  • Oversee property maintenance and manage incidents in real time.
  • Serve as the local point of contact for guests and property owners.
  • Coordinate the creation and updating of listings through our headquarters.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Proficient in short‑term rental housekeeping and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with property owners and guests.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Status: Self‑employed (auto‑entrepreneur) or company — if you already run an established concierge business, let's discuss a partnership!
