Requirements
C-level experience in commercial or business leadership roles within the iGaming industry (preferably slots development companies)
Demonstrated success in delivering measurable revenue growth and strong commercial outcomes
Experience managing cross-functional teams and commercial operations
Willingness and availability to attend global industry events, exhibitions, and conferences regularly
Deep understanding of international market dynamics and regulatory requirements
Strategic thinker with strong decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset with hands-on experience working with BI and data tools
Ability to manage complex projects and balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Languages proficiency: Advanced level of English (written and spoken), Fluent/Native level of Ukrainian/Russian languages.
