About the role
- Manage and optimise presence across third-party booking platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com to ensure top-notch listings.
- Create, update, and maintain listings across multiple booking platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
- Conduct thorough reviews of all listings to uphold quality assurance and consistency.
- Act as a bridge between the Channels team and other departments to facilitate communication and coordination.
- Analyse listing and revenue performance using Excel or Google Sheets and present actionable insights.
- Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot platform challenges, and implement operational solutions.
- Refine team workflows, ensure timely delivery of tasks, and contribute to quarterly objectives.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in operations, listing management, or Data Analysis at a tech-enabled business (scaleup experience a plus).
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, formatting).
- SQL experience
- Exposure to Looker (or similar)
- High attention to detail with the ability to balance speed and accuracy.
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
- A proactive, solution oriented mindset, you enjoy figuring things out.
