About the role
- Casting Director at AMO Pictures responsible for casting actors for projects. Collaboration with production teams to fulfill casting requirements in a creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Самостійне опрацювання сценарію та створення кастинг-мудборду відповідно до бачення режисера і креативної команди.
- Комунікація з акторами: пропозиція ролей, координація процесу самопроб, презентація кандидатів.
- Організація та проведення кастингів, контроль підписання договорів з акторами.
- Формування, узгодження та контроль кошторису проєкту.
- Взаємодія з внутрішніми командами (Production, Post Production, Finance)
- Координація роботи команди (кастинг-менеджер та асистент по акторах).
Requirements
- Маєш досвід у кастингу від 1.5 року та глибоко розумієш процес підбору акторів.
- Маєш власну базу акторів (Україна, також можливі зарубіжні актори).
- Володієш англійською мовою на рівні не нижче B1.
- Вмієш вести ефективну комунікацію, організовувати роботу та працювати з великим обсягом інформації.
- Володієш навичками креативного мислення, маєш гнучкість та адаптивність до швидких змін.
- Здатний/на самостійно ухвалювати рішення та ефективно взаємодіяти з командою і зовнішніми стейкхолдерами.
- Вмієш чітко планувати та контролювати виконання завдань у встановлені терміни, зберігаючи високий рівень відповідальності.
