About the role

Responsibilities
- Het accent ligt op het voeren van outbound calls;
- Je doet aan koude prospectie teneinde onze klantenportefeuille verder te ontwikkelen;

- Je contacteert klanten voor het updaten van hun data of documenten (vb klantenfiche, risicoprofiel, identificatie…)
- Je ondersteunt diverse acties via telefonische contactname met klanten en registreert de resultaten ervan.
Requirements
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands
- Vous pouvez vous exprimer facilement en français
- Je bent communicatief en dynamisch ingesteld.
- Je hebt een vlotte babbel en een zakelijk taalgebruik
- Je beschikt over een aangename stem die veel positiviteit uitstraalt
- Je bent klant- en oplossingsgericht
- Je kan vlot met een CRM software werken
- Jouw kennis en vaardigheid van Excel is uitstekend;
- Je bent een teamplayer, je werkt georganiseerd, punctueel en autonoom.
