Responsibilities
- Provide internal customers (mainly technical, commercial and/or other regulatory teams) and external customers with consistent and compliant formula reviews and documentation in an expeditious timeframe to meet commercial, and customer expectations.
- Act as a regulatory business partner to commercial teams by providing regulation consultancy or support in commercializing assigned products.
- Work collaboratively with assigned customer contacts.
- Generate the customer documentation.
- Deliver customer support on time by fulfilling customer expectations.
- Identify issues relevant to customer inquiries and be part of the solution.
- Implement and improve routine processes and procedures.
- Maintain and manage request logs and utilize functionalities of internal SAP-based regulatory systems and databases.
- Keep abreast of regulatory knowledge and prepare regulatory training materials.
- Assist regulatory manager as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master Degree in a scientific field such as chemistry, food or equivalent degree.
- 1-2 years of regulatory experience in Flavours or Food or related industry.
- Proficiency in English is essential and additional language is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of regulatory landscape.
- Capable to manage stakeholders.
- Attention to details and result-oriented.
- A proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.
