Responsibilities
Act as the primary sourcing liaison for product programs, translating business requirements into actionable sourcing priorities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and drive key stakeholder demands and requirements.
Manage end-to-end sourcing performance, aligning strategies and metrics across all categories with business goals.
Facilitate the flow of critical material cost and supplier information for accurate BOM calculations and program planning.
Oversee the local RFQ process and early negotiations for new parts, transitioning to Category Management for final agreements.
Contribute valuable business insights to category strategy development, enhancing overall sourcing effectiveness.
Ensure compliance and implementation of sourcing policies and strategies within product programs and business units.
Requirements
Fundamental sourcing experience in a global environment
Strong project management skills
Experience in cross-functional collaboration
Understanding of BOM cost calculations and cost management abilities
Understanding of Nokia Process Management and Networking
