Requirements
- experience delivering end to end business planning process design and operating model delivery, ideally within large multinationals
- strong track record in fostering finance process change enabled by technology, either as a seasoned consultant or a senior finance professional
- good understanding of how digital technology and AI is reshaping the finance landscape
- demonstrated leadership qualities focused on developing and enhancing teams
- exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on influencing and driving change in complex environments
- a business and finance process-oriented mindset that seamlessly integrates technology and finance concepts
- experience delivering solutions with leading EPM products such as SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Tagetik, or Board is desirable
- experience of working with other emerging technologies (e.g. Agentic Process Automation, AI, Machine Learning etc) is desirable
