About the role

  • Business Manager position at Vivo specializing in B2B customer engagement and sales management. Aiming to enhance the client experience and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets;
  • Identify opportunities to develop new business and customer solutions;
  • Work daily to ensure customer satisfaction and improve the customer experience with Vivo;
  • Conduct on-site visits to points of sale (POS) to ensure an improved experience for the customer portfolio with Vivo;
  • Experience in sales processes and negotiation;
  • Monitor and support store teams to improve B2B customer conversion

Requirements

  • Completed higher education (degree certificate)
  • Experience in sales, working with products and services;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Team player with a sense of urgency;
  • Experience managing partners and B2C stores
