About the role

  • Active prospecting: research and identify potential clients through various sources;
  • Opportunity identification: analyze clients' needs and objectives to enable cross-selling with services and solutions that add value to customers;
  • Technical approach: demonstrate knowledge of the company's products and services, presenting solutions aligned with client demands;
  • Negotiation and closing: conduct effective commercial negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales contracts;
  • Relationship management: maintain client relationships, providing commercial support to the post-sales team and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction;
  • KPI tracking: monitor and analyze sales KPIs.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in the commercial/sales area;
  • Experience negotiating with large clients and interacting with senior-level stakeholders;
  • Experience with active prospecting across multiple sources;
  • Experience selling projects and/or services to B2B clients;
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields;
  • Languages: Intermediate English
