Provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level
Lead implementation of initiatives supporting overall business/function strategy
Manage business management work activities requiring coordination across multiple areas
Support/manage integrated implementation of policies/processes/procedures/changes across multiple functional areas
Act as subject matter expert for projects/initiatives, participate in identifying, designing, testing solutions and supporting implementation
Develop and deliver presentations/communications to management or broader audience
Adhere to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines; assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
Identify variances and contribute to analysis, due diligence and implementation of initiatives within area of responsibility
Support development and/or implementation of standards, policies, procedures and solutions to mitigate risk and maximize service availability, efficiency and effectiveness
Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise; keep current on emerging trends and analytical tools
Prioritize and manage own workload and participate in knowledge transfer within team and business units
Requirements
Undergraduate degree
3+ years relevant experience
Expertise in identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies preferred
Proficiency in security best practices preferred
Ability to troubleshoot access-related issues preferred
Experience with technical adaptability and security profile preferred
Experience providing specialized business management guidance, reporting and analysis
Ability to implement policies/processes and manage cross-functional initiatives
Experience developing and delivering presentations/communications to management or broader audiences
Ability to adhere to internal policies/procedures and regulatory guidelines
