About the role

  • Provide specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area and implement policies/processes and/or initiatives to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives
  • Provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level
  • Lead implementation of initiatives supporting overall business/function strategy
  • Manage business management work activities requiring coordination across multiple areas
  • Support/manage integrated implementation of policies/processes/procedures/changes across multiple functional areas
  • Act as subject matter expert for projects/initiatives, participate in identifying, designing, testing solutions and supporting implementation
  • Develop and deliver presentations/communications to management or broader audience
  • Adhere to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines; assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
  • Identify variances and contribute to analysis, due diligence and implementation of initiatives within area of responsibility
  • Support development and/or implementation of standards, policies, procedures and solutions to mitigate risk and maximize service availability, efficiency and effectiveness
  • Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise; keep current on emerging trends and analytical tools
  • Prioritize and manage own workload and participate in knowledge transfer within team and business units

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 3+ years relevant experience
  • Expertise in identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies preferred
  • Proficiency in security best practices preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot access-related issues preferred
  • Experience with technical adaptability and security profile preferred
  • Experience providing specialized business management guidance, reporting and analysis
  • Ability to implement policies/processes and manage cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations/communications to management or broader audiences
  • Ability to adhere to internal policies/procedures and regulatory guidelines
