Responsibilities
Identify and document the needs of customers, stakeholders, and project goals

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of business analysis experience (or Masters with 6+ years of experience)
Demonstrated interest in digital user experience and industry trends
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components
Comfortable with ambiguity and change
