About the role

  • Identify and document the needs of customers, stakeholders, and project goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years of business analysis experience (or Masters with 6+ years of experience)
  • Demonstrated interest in digital user experience and industry trends
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change
