About the role

  • Develop and grow business with each partner by promoting and selling our private-label ranges.
  • Build and prioritize assortments across all MDH categories (promotional and permanent ranges).
  • Manage the commercial relationship between ADEO and each partner, ensuring strong collaboration and transparency.
  • Coordinate assortments with internal and external logistical constraints.
  • Anticipate changes and ensure ranges are up to date.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience at ADEO (or equivalent experience in an international, matrixed organization).
  • Proven commercial mindset: proactive, tenacious and results-oriented.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to adapt and build relationships at all levels — both internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (C1) and at least one of the following languages: Dutch, Spanish, Hungarian, or Slovene.
  • Strong understanding of production structure and ADEO's private-label ecosystem.
