About the role
- Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS
- Design and implement data models to support enterprise reporting and analytics
- Build, enhance, and manage Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across multiple data sources
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather BI requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of professional experience as a BI Developer, Data Engineer, or similar role
- Strong expertise in SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining ETL processes
- Solid understanding of data modeling methodologies and data warehousing practices
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization, dashboarding, and reporting
- Strong programming skills in SQL; knowledge of Python or R a plus
- Experience developing robust, well-structured data models to support analytics
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Data Factory, Databricks, Spark
- Nice to have: Familiarity with cloud-based BI and data platforms
