About the role

  • Act as the first point of contact to spark initial interest and qualify potential new Mid-Market clients
  • Contact multiple stakeholders responsible for occupational and chemical safety via outbound lead sources and manage inbound requests
  • Arrange appointments and book qualified Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Meet monthly target on quality SQLs and hit achievable call volume KPIs
  • Remain organised and manage a high volume of leads to ensure no opportunity is missed
  • Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams
  • Be receptive to coaching and implement feedback to develop and achieve goals
  • Help customers comply with international and national safety legislation and achieve occupational and environmental safety goals

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in telesales or technology sales role is preferable
  • Educated to degree level (preferred)
  • A positive attitude and highly driven personality to achieve monthly KPIs
  • Professional and confident when dealing with potential clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • An independent and goal-oriented hunter who wants to continually develop and invest in his/her career
  • Results oriented with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct a structured and detailed Discovery Consultation
  • Be receptive to coaching and able to implement feedback
