Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
Develop and maintain relationships with key business and IT decision-makers.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Work with internal stakeholders to align client needs with Antares’ capabilities.
Support account transition to the delivery team and ensure a smooth customer handover.
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and recurring business opportunities within accounts.
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in business development or sales within the professional services or technology sector.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with the Microsoft Solutions in the Modern Workplace space, such as Microsoft 365 and Teams collaboration, Power Platform and Copilot and generative AI in the workplace.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, outcome-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
Excellent relationship builder with a hunter mindset.
Knowledge of our primary NSW/VIC markets and established industry networks is highly desirable.
Previous experience with Pre-Sales would also be a desirable.
