About the role

  • Business Development Manager driving client acquisition to support event ticketing and online sales. Engaging with festival and concert organizers in a hybrid work environment in Hamburg.

Responsibilities

  • You ensure our sales funnel never runs dry and guide our prospective clients safely to the finish line.
  • You prospect festival and concert promoters and actively grow your client base and network.
  • Your tasks include needs analyses, presentations, proposal development and contract negotiations.
  • You act and communicate confidently with your contacts — regardless of the channel.
  • You have a strong interest in efficient workflows.
  • You act as the interface to internal teams during the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth start.

Requirements

  • Completed degree or vocational training (e.g., in a commercial/business field)
  • Solid fundamentals in sales and proven success in acquiring new customers (ideally in IT/software sales)
  • You are motivated by success and challenges
  • Enjoy building and expanding customer relationships
  • Goal-oriented, creative and able to work independently
  • Structured way of working is important to you
  • Passion for music, entertainment and live events
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Confident presentation and negotiation skills
  • Travel requirement of approx. 20%
