About the role

  • Business Development Manager focusing on strategic growth across government, defense, and aerospace sectors in APAC. Driving sales initiatives and building a network of Value-Added Resellers (VARs).

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development efforts across APAC, focusing on government, defense, and aerospace markets.
  • Develop and execute a regional strategy to expand OSA’s Time & Sync / PNT footprint.
  • Position OSA as the industry leader in synchronization and timing technologies.
  • Lead sales and promotional activities for OSA’s solutions across the region.
  • Build and manage a strong network of Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
  • Oversee successful product launches and market introductions in APAC.
  • Identify new opportunities and customer segments for PNT-related solutions.
  • Provide strategic market insights to guide product development and business direction.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in international business development or sales within government, defense, or aerospace sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Time & Sync and/or PNT technologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
