Responsibilities
Drive business development efforts across APAC, focusing on government, defense, and aerospace markets.
Develop and execute a regional strategy to expand OSA’s Time & Sync / PNT footprint.
Position OSA as the industry leader in synchronization and timing technologies.
Lead sales and promotional activities for OSA’s solutions across the region.
Build and manage a strong network of Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
Oversee successful product launches and market introductions in APAC.
Identify new opportunities and customer segments for PNT-related solutions.
Provide strategic market insights to guide product development and business direction.
Requirements
Proven track record in international business development or sales within government, defense, or aerospace sectors.
Strong understanding of Time & Sync and/or PNT technologies.
Demonstrated leadership and a results-driven mindset.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
