Responsibilities
- Maintain a company-wide emergency and crisis management system and ensure regulatory compliance (including MaRisk)
- Conduct business impact and risk analyses
- Support business units in creating and updating business continuity and emergency plans

- Responsible for maintaining and further developing the internal control system (ICS)
- Organize and support ICS audits by external auditors
- Identify control gaps and develop and track remediation/action plans
Requirements
- Ideally a degree in business/economics or a commercial vocational qualification, with initial professional experience
- Experience in process optimization
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
- Strong quality focus and an affinity for compliant working practices and documentation
- Strong analytical skills and a structured working style
- Ability to work cross-functionally and to mediate between different stakeholders
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the other site (Munich or Saarbrücken)
