Responsibilities
Maintain a company-wide emergency and crisis management system and ensure regulatory compliance (including MaRisk)
Conduct business impact and risk analyses
Support business units in creating and updating business continuity and emergency plans
Conduct and analyze emergency tests
Responsible for maintaining and further developing the internal control system (ICS)
Organize and support ICS audits by external auditors
Identify control gaps and develop and track remediation/action plans
Requirements
Ideally a degree in business/economics or a commercial vocational qualification, with initial professional experience
Experience in process optimization
Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
Strong quality focus and an affinity for compliant working practices and documentation
Strong analytical skills and a structured working style
Ability to work cross-functionally and to mediate between different stakeholders
Willingness to travel occasionally to the other site (Munich or Saarbrücken)
