About the role

• Banking Consultant at Profile Software managing business analysis and project implementation for Core Banking functionalities. Collaborating with teams to ensure quality delivery of client projects.

Responsibilities

• Performing business analysis in the context of Core Banking functionalities with the clients.
• Crafting blueprints, business analysis sessions, and BRDs, working closely with subject matter experts, solutions teams, or sales as needed.
• Configuring and parameterizing solutions based on internal or client needs, with support from subject matter experts if necessary.
• Executing formal (manual or automated) quality assurance of deliverables.
• Providing business training to bank users.
• Offering after-sales support, coordinating with subject matter experts when required.
• Managing the client project pipeline, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of all projects.
• Collaborating with project managers, development teams, and system administrators throughout the software development lifecycle, from development and testing to launch.
• Leading Release Readiness, Milestone, and Business Go/No-Go Reviews.
• Delivering Level-1 and Level-2 support to clients in production environments, adhering to agreed SLAs and support processes.
• Guiding team members to develop a deep understanding of the system, empowering them to assist in client support tasks.

Requirements

• A BSc in Computer Science, Financial Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, particularly with software products.
• Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven track record of conveying complex ideas clearly.
• Prior experience in the banking domain is a plus.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with global reach.
• A hands-on, proactive approach.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
