About the role

  • Analysis and definition of project implementation requirements.
  • Analysis of documents and design reviews.
  • Create business requirements documents, functional requirements documents, user documentation, instructions, and procedures.
  • Analyse various data file layouts, such as XML, JSON, .csv, mainframe
  • Understand data file and data field mapping
  • Participate in new client handoff workshops from pre-sales consultants and summarize requirements for post-sales implementation teams.
  • Work with technical teams implementing the solutions to ensure the delivered outcome meets customer requirements and expectations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 4 to 8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in financial services or related industries in a technology business
  • Ability to interpret and break down complex information
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to review and understand structured data files
  • Problem solving
  • Multi-tasking
