About the role
- Business Analyst supporting new client implementations and solution enhancements at Computershare. Collaborating on projects involving data analysis and requirement documentation.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and definition of project implementation requirements.
- Analysis of documents and design reviews.
- Create business requirements documents, functional requirements documents, user documentation, instructions, and procedures.
- Analyse various data file layouts, such as XML, JSON, .csv, mainframe
- Understand data file and data field mapping
- Participate in new client handoff workshops from pre-sales consultants and summarize requirements for post-sales implementation teams.
- Work with technical teams implementing the solutions to ensure the delivered outcome meets customer requirements and expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 4 to 8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in financial services or related industries in a technology business
- Ability to interpret and break down complex information
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to review and understand structured data files
