Requirements
Strong analysis skills to investigate business goals and objectives using relevant information and data to support the definition of requirements
Proficiency in technical tools and software is essential, including:
Data analysis and statistical analysis, Microsoft products, Service Now, Jira, Azure DevOps, SQL and other programming languages like Python, Wireframing and modeling.
A bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement, with preferred majors including business administration, finance, economics, computer science, information technology, data science, or management information systems.
Experience with agile working and project management frameworks
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills to present findings in an easy-to-understand way to support decision making.
