About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform advanced data analysis using Excel, Alteryx, SQL, JSON, and Python to support business initiatives.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
- Conduct forecasting and scenario-based planning to support resource allocation, capacity planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Extract and transform data from various platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Genesys, InContact) to analyse customer and advisor interactions.
- Provide recommendations based on trends, variability, and performance metrics to optimize staffing and service levels.
- Support budgeting and long-term planning through data-driven staffing analysis and forecasting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in business analytics or consulting, with a focus on forecasting and strategic decision support
- Technical Proficiency in:
- - Excel for advanced data manipulation and modelling
- - Alteryx for ETL and workflow automation
- - SQL and JSON for data extraction and transformation
- - Python for scripting, forecasting, and statistical analysis
- - Tableau/Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets
- Experience in forecasting techniques, capacity planning, and scenario modelling
- Ability to communicate findings in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner
