About the role

  • Documenting current business processes ("as is") and facilitating workshops to define target business processes ("to be") with energy distribution experts
  • Organizing and leading meetings to identify and clarify needs, objectives, and business challenges in the context of network operations modeling
  • Documenting target processes according to the client's standards for integration into their enterprise mapping
  • Drafting comprehensive Business Requirements and collaborating with functional analysts of impacted applications
  • Contributing to test plan definition and supporting UAT testing with business teams
  • Analyzing the current state of IT tools (SAP and GIS) to formulate recommendations for optimization of network modeling operations

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in business process analysis and optimization, preferably in utility or energy distribution sectors
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead workshops and extract key requirements from stakeholders
  • Knowledge of process mapping methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French (mandatory)
  • Experience with SAP and GIS systems would be an advantage.
