About the role

Responsibilities
- Work in the R&D EHR Medication Team responsible for the medication module in COSMIC
- Investigate and analyse needs, detail requirements, and design solutions for the healthcare journal systems
- Collaborate closely with product owners, other business analysts, informaticians, architects, and UX designers
- Understand the needs of end users and translate them into technical solutions
- Follow an initiative from pre-study to development and implementation at the customer's premises
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working with business analysis, requirement analysis, product design or similar.
- Great knowledge in how business needs can be translated into software requirements.
- Great ability to collaborate with product owner(s), architects, system developers and UX designers.
- Comfortable using AI tools and eager to explore how they can enhance requirement work.
- Communicates fluently in English and Swedish.
- It's a bonus if you have previously worked within healthcare or have experience of COSMIC.
- Experience in health informatics and familiarity with healthcare standards and specifications such as FHIR, OpenEHR, and SNOMED CT.
- Experience of UX design
