Responsibilities
**Process Execution:** Lead the charge in executing and operationalizing initiatives set by the Head of Business Analysis, ensuring **consistent implementation** and seamless integration across all relevant teams.
**Requirements Management:** Take ownership of the entire requirements lifecycle: **gather, document, and maintain** comprehensive business requirements, workflows, and operational procedures, ensuring they align closely with end-user expectations.
**Operational Continuity:** Enhance Operations by crafting and documenting practical **workaround processes** for non-digitalized tasks, ensuring business continuity with minimal disruption.
**Issue Resolution:** Oversee follow-ups on outstanding issues, **drive timely resolutions**, and deliver clear, structured progress updates to both Product Enablement and Operations stakeholders.
**Data & Tracking:** Keep our operational tracking systems updated (e.g., request lists, **JIRA boards**), ensuring that all data remains accurate and readily accessible.
**Reporting & Analysis:** Contribute to **KPI tracking** and crafting high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation that encapsulate process improvements, outcomes, and the value generated.
Requirements
**Fund Operations Expertise:** Possess a robust and practical grasp of **fund workflows** and operational procedures such as closings, capital calls, distributions, NAV calculations, and reporting.
**Organizational Mastery:** Demonstrate outstanding **organizational and documentation abilities**, with an unwavering commitment to detail and accuracy.
**Execution Focus:** Show a demonstrated track record of adhering to structured processes and **executing defined strategies** with discipline and excellence.
**Technical Proficiency:** Skilled in the use of Office and Google Suite.
**Communication:** Exhibit exceptional communication skills in **English**, both written and verbal, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
**Team & Travel:** Thrive in a remote, **cross-functional environment** and be willing to travel occasionally to Girona or other Fundcraft locations.
