Brand Manager responsible for strategic brand development in Consumer Electronics for Tekpoint. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Strategic brand management: Development and implementation of strategies to advance defined brands in our portfolio.
Strategic planning: Development of long-term brand strategies based on market and target-group analyses.
Communication: Coordination of all brand-related activities, both internal and external.
Interface management: Close cooperation with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Controlling) and external brand partners to ensure optimal collaboration.
Product portfolio management: Strategic planning and optimization of the product portfolio.
Pricing and sales strategy: Development and implementation of pricing strategies as well as support in planning and executing sales measures.
Budget and volume planning: Preparation of forecasts and budget planning in collaboration with relevant departments.
Analysis and optimization: Monitoring brand performance using KPIs and deriving optimization measures.
Market analysis: Conducting market and competitor analyses to identify trends and derive recommendations for action.
Positioning and development: Ensuring clear brand positioning and identifying new growth opportunities.
Requirements
A successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on Consumer Electronics / Micromobility
Several years of experience in Category Management, Brand Development, or Brand Management, ideally in an international environment
Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to work in a team
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with market analysis tools
Business-fluent German and English skills
