About the role

  • Brand Manager responsible for strategic brand development in Consumer Electronics for Tekpoint. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic brand management: Development and implementation of strategies to advance defined brands in our portfolio.
  • Strategic planning: Development of long-term brand strategies based on market and target-group analyses.
  • Communication: Coordination of all brand-related activities, both internal and external.
  • Interface management: Close cooperation with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Controlling) and external brand partners to ensure optimal collaboration.
  • Product portfolio management: Strategic planning and optimization of the product portfolio.
  • Pricing and sales strategy: Development and implementation of pricing strategies as well as support in planning and executing sales measures.
  • Budget and volume planning: Preparation of forecasts and budget planning in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Analysis and optimization: Monitoring brand performance using KPIs and deriving optimization measures.
  • Market analysis: Conducting market and competitor analyses to identify trends and derive recommendations for action.
  • Positioning and development: Ensuring clear brand positioning and identifying new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • A successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on Consumer Electronics / Micromobility
  • Several years of experience in Category Management, Brand Development, or Brand Management, ideally in an international environment
  • Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to work in a team
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with market analysis tools
  • Business-fluent German and English skills
