Responsibilities
Work closely with the Business Manager to develop and execute brand strategies that align with category goals and overall business objectives.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and sales data to refine positioning, promotional plans, and brand strategies.
Assist in the preparation of annual business plans, including revenue targets, budget allocation, and key initiatives.
Define and track brand performance KPIs to ensure brand growth and market competitiveness.
Lead the development and implementation of brand campaigns, digital activations, and in-store promotions to drive awareness, conversion, and loyalty.
Collaborate with marketing, retail, and sales teams to execute brand initiatives effectively across multiple channels.
Ensure that all marketing materials and executions are in line with brand guidelines and LUXASIA’s standards.
Partner with retail teams to enhance merchandising, visibility, and consumer engagement strategies
Assist the Business Manager in monitoring brand P&L, ensuring sustainable profitability and cost efficiency.
Analyze sales performance and inventory levels, providing recommendations on pricing, promotions, and product assortment.
Support forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with the supply chain and commercial teams.
Serve as the key point of contact for brand principals, ensuring alignment on brand positioning, strategy, and marketing plans.
Work closely with distributors, retailers, and internal sales teams to optimize brand distribution and visibility.
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure effective execution of brand activities.
Provide guidance and coordination across teams, ensuring that all brand-related initiatives are well-executed.
May take on a people management role, depending on the brand structure, to oversee junior team members or coordinator.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field within the retail, luxury beauty, or fragrance industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of brand strategy, market research, and digital marketing trends
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
