Responsibilities
Lead brand and full-funnel campaign strategies across digital and social commerce platforms (especially TikTok).
Collaborate with Studio, Livestream, and Affiliate teams to bring premium creative quality to life.
Localize global strategies for Southeast Asia audiences.
Drive a test-and-learn culture to continuously improve campaign impact.
Use data and insights to connect creative storytelling with measurable results (GMV, ROAS, CVR).
Translate business goals into impactful creative concepts and activation plans.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or any related fields
6+ years of experience in brand strategy, campaign planning, or integrated marketing.
Proven experience in social commerce and digital platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Meta).
Ability to link creativity with performance metrics and business outcomes.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
Experience in ecommerce or agency environments is a plus.
