About the role

  • Own and evolve the UK brand strategy, ensuring it reflects local market nuances while staying true to global guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with the global marketing team to align on brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and creative direction
  • Manage local brand campaigns and activations, working with agencies to deliver engaging and consistent content across a relevant media mix
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all UK communications reflect our tone, values and visual identity
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across internal teams to embed brand consistency in all marketing and client-facing materials
  • Lead annual brand research, diagnosis and tracking efforts to measure brand health and inform messaging
  • Partner with our PR agency to develop and implement UK media and communications strategies
  • Support the creation of press releases, media pitches, thought leadership content and executive profiles
  • Collaborate with Leadership and spokespeople to identify and maximise PR opportunities
  • Design and execute influencer marketing strategies and build authentic partnerships
  • Develop the review sites strategy (e.g. Trustpilot), including monitoring and responding to customer feedback
  • Work in partnership with the global design and social media team members to ensure alignment and timely delivery of content

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand management within a B2B environment, ideally in SaaS, tech or professional services
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning and visual identity
  • Experience working collaboratively with global marketing teams and external agencies
  • Practical knowledge of PR and media relations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling
  • Highly organised with strong project management capabilities
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a collaborative style
