About the role
- Participate in the preparation and baking of pastries and viennoiserie
- Prepare and garnish sandwiches and salads according to daily forecasts to meet customer expectations
- Date and store products and ingredients used during preparation
- Comply with HACCP procedures and safety regulations
- Maintain the production area and equipment
- Eventually be able to place orders with suppliers
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, ideally in bakery/pastry, is a plus but not required if you are motivated and attentive to the demands of the role
- Fast and efficient
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
