About the role

• Academic Coordinator responsible for regulatory processes and course administration within higher education. Engaging with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with academic guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing academic regulatory documents and processes;
• Ensure compliance with academic guidelines established by the Ministry of Education (MEC), professional regulatory bodies (Órgãos de Classe) and the needs of the labor market;
• Administration of modules: Reference Matrix, BSC (Balanced Scorecard), Bibliographies, Referendado, PPC (Course Pedagogical Project), Infrastructure and Book, RAP, Repository, Faculty Matrix, Intermediate Certification and others;
• Serialization and operational research;
• Training and academic support;
• Regulatory support: handling appeals (impugnação), guidance on PI, course recognition and renewal, and other regulatory procedures;
• Multidisciplinary team meetings;
• Faculty management;
• Ensure delivery of teaching materials and educational resources on schedule;
• Conduct live sessions;
• Frequent travel;
• Clear and objective communication of work results, interacting with peers.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering with completed postgraduate studies;
• Master's degree or Doctorate completed;
• Previous experience coordinating courses;
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (1-hour break) - Hybrid modality (3 days on-site);
• Technical knowledge in Electrical Engineering, Occupational Safety and Civil Engineering;
• Skills in leadership, communication, teamwork, problem solving and organization;
• Knowledge of regulatory processes;
• Intermediate/advanced MS Office skills;
• Versatile and flexible to handle a wide range of academic demands;
• Collaborative team player;
• Results-oriented with a focus on delivering the best student experience;
• Availability for frequent travel.
