Responsibilities
Assist in verifying financial transactions, data entries, and commission reports
Support the accountant and company owners with monthly reconciliations and expense tracking
Maintain and update accounting records in QuickBooks (or other relevant software)
Review invoices, receipts, and statements for accuracy and completeness
Help prepare basic financial reports and summaries
Ensure proper documentation and organization of all financial files
Communicate with internal teams or vendors to clarify discrepancies
Support general administrative tasks related to finance as needed
Requirements
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or relevant coursework/experience)
1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
