About the role

  • Assist in verifying financial transactions, data entries, and commission reports
  • Support the accountant and company owners with monthly reconciliations and expense tracking
  • Maintain and update accounting records in QuickBooks (or other relevant software)
  • Review invoices, receipts, and statements for accuracy and completeness
  • Help prepare basic financial reports and summaries
  • Ensure proper documentation and organization of all financial files
  • Communicate with internal teams or vendors to clarify discrepancies
  • Support general administrative tasks related to finance as needed

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or relevant coursework/experience)
  • 1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
